About eRealtor
eRealtor is an online real estate platform that provides professionally photographed, virtually toured, and verified property listings. We connect property buyers, sellers, and investors across India. Our platform also provides AI-powered property assistance, market information, and related real estate services through REEOP TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
Use of the Platform
You may use the eRealtor platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
eRealtor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms without prior notice.
Property Listings
All property listings on eRealtor are professionally verified by our team before publication. However, eRealtor does not act as a party to any property transaction and is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by sellers after the time of listing verification.
Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction. eRealtor recommends consulting a qualified legal professional before making any purchase decision.
Property availability, pricing, and details are subject to change. eRealtor does not guarantee the availability of any listed property.
Listing Services
Sellers who engage eRealtor for listing services agree to provide accurate and complete property information. By engaging our listing service, you grant eRealtor a non-exclusive licence to photograph, virtually tour, describe, and publish your property on our platform and associated marketing channels for the duration of the listing agreement.
Listing fees are non-refundable once the property shoot has been completed. Cancellations prior to the shoot must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
AI Tools and Aria Chatbot
eRealtor provides AI-powered tools including Aria, our property assistant chatbot. Information provided by Aria is for general guidance only and should not be construed as legal, financial, or investment advice. Aria’s responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete.
eRealtor is not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by Aria or any other AI tool on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the eRealtor platform — including the eRealtor brand, logo, photographs, virtual tours, written descriptions, and software — is the intellectual property of REEOP TECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. The eRealtor brand and logo are registered trademarks.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any eRealtor content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REEOP TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the eRealtor platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property value.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
