eRealtor is a technology-first real estate platform operated by REEOP TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a DPIIT-recognised startup incorporated in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We provide professionally photographed, virtually toured, and verified property listings to buyers, sellers, investors, and NRIs across India.

Information you voluntarily share when interacting with Aria, our AI assistant

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, Aadhaar numbers, or biometric information.

With property sellers or buyers directly involved in a transaction you initiated

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Listing data is retained for the duration of the listing agreement and up to 12 months thereafter.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at reeoptech@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
